None of us have made a serious game before, and I've never run a project before. So this is kind of new for all of us. Even the methodology is new.

But we do have a pretty good infrastructure: I took a guess at what kind of collaboration tools we need and Micah took the list and set it up for us before the contest.

I often pretend that I work at Blizzard.
