Things I learnt spending 24 hours creating a comic book:
Talking heads are the hardest pictures to draw and the dullest to look at and by avoiding them you can come up with much better solutions.
Start with just one idea and let it grow.
If you sleep for six hours you won't finish.
Go straight to ink. I hardly erased anything I drew in pencil - there's no time to overthink panel design - and anything I did try to redraw got worse.
So, yeah, I finished the story and all the pencilling, but did not have time to ink. Which bites because it's so pale no one can read it and it can't be photocopied yet. I'll probably scan it and stick up here somewhere once it's done, so hold on to your horses.
